Returns will be accepted only
on prior authorization by our Customer Service Department, which may
be reached by dialing (570) 421-7470. Unauthorized return shipments
will be refused. Only current uncut ribbons in condition for resale
will be accepted. Due to the low markup on our ribbon, all returns
are subject to a 20% restocking charge. |
